Are you treating symptoms or solving the real problems?
Spoiler: majority of people are just treating symptoms
Not every problem is simple. Not every problem is easy.
But one thing is always true: if you actually want to fix the problem, you have to fix what’s causing it.
If your sink is leaking water all over the floor, you can:
Simply mop up the water
Fix the leak and mop up the water
One solves the problem. The other simply manages the mess it makes (temporarily).
Most people get this when it’s about their sink. But when it comes to their health?
Poof. Common sense disappears.
An insane amount of the supplements, protocols and advice offered to people with health issues are focused on addressing the downstream issues or symptoms, not the main problems causing them.
Nobody stops to ask: “Hey… why is there water on my floor in the first place?”
